Khiva is a city belonging to the state of Khiva in western Uzbekistan. It belonged to the province of Greater Khorasan. The ancient and historical name of the city of Khiva is Khiva, and it is the former capital of the Khanate of Khiva, the Khiva Soviet People's Republic. Many Muslim scholars were born there. It is located within the city of Khiva Egan Castle and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Kalta Minor 
It is considered a symbol of the city of Khiva.
It is located at the entrance of Muhammad Amin Khan School and behind the "Egan Castle" ..
Calta Minor means short minaret and is also known as the blue minaret.
The construction of the minaret was not completed and its height was limited to 29 meters instead of 80 meters.
Its base diameter is 14.2 metres.
Work on it began in the early 1850s and stopped with the killing of Muhammad Amin Khan in the year 1855 A.D. He was the ruler who ordered its construction.
Its decorative belts are characterized by ceramic glaze and Andalusian Maiolica ceramics
Khiva has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990.

MATERIAL

 is a medium to large deciduous tree with a light crown, which reproduces by seeds and suckers. It can grow up to 25 m (82 ft) in height and 2 to 3 m (6 ft 7 in to 9 ft 10 in) in diameter.
